The Young 88 is one of the leading one design fleets in New Zealand with more boats and events of all types in more places than any other fleet.
The Young 88 association is keen to make the connection between boats looking for crew and crew looking for boats. Experience is useful but not critical – often a skipper will have a gap at the last minute that they need to fill.
