Happy Wednesday sailors,

Tonight for Dockside with Deb I’m interviewing a panel of sailors who have recently done the Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, to get insight on how they secured their crew position and their experience in the event.

If you’re based in NSW and itching to get back out on the water, I suggest you check out the Breakout Series 2020 – a new regatta organised by MHYC, RPAYC, NCYC and PSYS that’s being held in early August and consists of 3 passage races and 3 races in Port Stephens. You can find out more or register your interest to join as crew on MySail.

With sailing starting to open back up, we have new races and events being added all of the time to the MySail event listing page. If you would like to get your club’s events listed here, send an email to so we can help you out.

Until next week, happy sailing 😊⛵
