G’day sailors,
It looks like the 2021 Noakes Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race will not happen, at least not in the format originally planned. The CYCA has issued a statement outlining their plans to modify or reschedule this event based on the current COVID situation in NSW.
With the Sydney lockdown now extended to at least 30 July, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the situation will clear up in time for NSW based yachts (and people) to make it up north for Airlie, Hamilton Island and Magnetic Island Race Weeks.

Until next week, happy sailing 😊⛵
