It’s full steam ahead for the northern Queensland regattas in August with Queensland announcing plans to open its borders (although it looks like these will remain closed to travellers from Victoria). Hamilton Island Race WeekAirlie Beach Race Week and Magnetic Island Race Week are all scheduled to go-ahead.

For the 36th America’s Cup, it’s looking like things are full steam ahead. However, there has been some funding dramas with the NZ Government stopping its America’s Cup funding while it investigates claims in relation to the Auckland event’s organisation.
