G’day sailors,

Racing for day 7 of the 36th America’s Cup is due to start at about the same time this should hit your inbox. With defender Emirates Team New Zealand only one win away from retaining the Cup, today’s racing will no doubt be a nail biter for New Zealand and Italian fans alike.

If you’re thinking of heading to northern Queensland in August for some great regatta racing and haven’t yet got your entry in for the 2021 SeaLink Magnetic Island Race Week, it looks like you’re too late! It seems the popular regatta has sold out only days after entries were opened (full story below). Luckily, it’s not too late to look for a crew position through MySail – click here to register your interest.

Enjoy reading the latest sailing news and stories.

Until next week, happy sailing 😊⛵

Writing a Sailing Resumé

As President of the Little Ship Club of Canterbury, I am often asked to advertise crew wanted and crew available posts on our Facebook page and in the newsletter, and we are more than happy to do this, it is a great way of matching up skippers, boats and crew looking for extra hands on a longer passage, or during the regular racing in the harbour.
